26 miles away from my 1000 miles this year goal~!!!
Added five miles to the total today.
Temps was cold (which I love) But could have done with out the "breeze" Time was not too bad 52.35 not bad since most of my miles this week have been on the treadmil.
Of course the dogs was out but Bob was with me so he took care of them. He got me a new pepper spray, so I'm ready for them next time I run alone!! ....... Hope i can get the nerve to spray them. I just feel so bad .... not sure why.....
